It's been quite some time since I've posted and reached out to my followers. This year I intend to update you more regularly. Through this blog I plan on keeping in regular contact with those interested in what I do. I appreciate the support I have felt throughout the years and would love to start interacting with those listening. Quite a lot has been happening in the background and I intend to post regular updates on what I've been working on.

I was met with a number of personal challenges in 2017 but have been working rather diligently on new material. The songs I have been writing are exciting me in a way I haven't felt in a long time. This, in part, has been the result of me being very critical of what I like and very generous with what gets left on the cutting room floor. I have taken a new approach with how I refine and revisit my music and quite honestly couldn't be happier with the results. I want the new music to get people excited and make it worth the wait. I want what comes out next to represent an step forward in my creative development. It needs to be a serious step forward in creativity and writing.

There are now two tracks that have exited the writing phase, and a small handful ranging from 90% to 30% completion. The numbers on those creep up every week. The completion of new material has been my primary focus for some time now, which is why you haven't seen me on stage. My goal is to finish the writing process on these tracks in the not too distant future.
